Parish life centers in the Solemn Mass at 10:00 every Sunday morning. A simpler Low Mass is celebrated at 8 a.m. followed by Christian Education for adults, from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. The children of the Sunday School worship with the congregation during the Solemn Mass until just after the Gospel; the Sunday School students and teachers leave for the Children's Worship Center during the the Gospel Hymn. They join the Solemn Mass again for Communion and then return to the Worship Center until the end of the mass.
Since 1888, The Parish of All Saints, Ashmont has enjoyed the leadership of a vested choir. At some points in the parish's history, the choir was made up of men and boys; at other times, the choir included women and girls. Today, the choir is made up of men, women, boys, and girls. All Saints is located in south Dorchester, just off Peabody Square, at 209 Ashmont St and is a short walk from the Ashmont T station on the Red Line. There is a private parking lot for more than 50 cars and on-street parking on both Ashmont Street and Lombard Street, behind the church.

Education for adults occurs between the masses in Peabody Hall, beginning at 9 a.m. Classes in the past year have focused on traditional values found in the bible such as Wisdom, Peacefulness, and Worship.
