Elisabeth ('Buffy') Gray
Originally from New , Buffy is the the daughter of a church organist. She has a degree in church music and organ from Westminster Choir College and has been serving in Episcopal Churches in the Boston area since 1996. She has been organist and choir director at Church of the Redeemer in Chestnut Hill, served as interim music director at Christ Church, Cambridge, and director of music at St. Anne's-in-the-fields, Lincoln. Buffy has twice before served as interim director of music at Ashmont. She was most recently at St. John's Episcopal Church in Hingham, Massachusetts, where she served as Organist-Choirmaster for 10 years. During this musical interim, we will be welcoming guest organists to play our Skinner and Fisk instruments.
